Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada
The Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada is a nationally chartered charity with a focus on education and treatment of eating disorders. The foundation is unique among non-profits by addressing the impact of this mental illness among young adults by offering early treatment at an innovative day treatment program that opened in London Ontario at The Harbour in 2024.
The Harbour operates on a shared-cost model with the fee to medically referred and accepted young adults heavily subsidized by individual donations, and gifts received by EDFC from corporations and family foundations as well as our fundraising projects.

What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit is all about understanding your needs. We’ll start with a conversation about your health, followed by an exam to pinpoint the source of your concerns. From there, we’ll explain your options and create a personalized care plan so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
